COMMUNITY
To us dancing is all about community, and as a registered Jersey Charity we want to make sure that our objectives are more than a simple box-checking exercise. We are proud to be partnering on projects with Scottish Ballet and ArtHouse Jersey, taking dance into primary schools, parish halls, parks, and public spaces. Our goal is to make great art that belongs to everyone, contributing genuine social impact and building a more effective, more inclusive future for our island and our art form.
School Programmes
Working with local schools, we are introducing Jersey children to dance.
cake and Cabaret
In partnership with ArtHouse Jersey, these events build community within parishes.
Ballet in the Park
An annual event that takes dance into the open air and removes all barriers to entry.
Safe to be Me
Alongside our colleagues from Scottish Ballet, we are proud to bring this innovative project to young people in Jersey.
Free and subsidised Performances
We aim to reach everyone in Jersey, eventually. There should never be a reason that an islander cannot attend the ballet.
